I need help with my jailbreak?

I jailbroke my iPod 4g a while back. I like it but I have one problem, it crashes, it freezes, and it runs my battery down. So, mor like 3 problems. Haha. I regret it a bunch and I want it GONE. Can anyone tell me how to?
