I need a Doctor, Nutrition expert, Supplement expert, Or anybody that knows about supplements!?

Most of these are going to be ok. Protein and amino powders are pretty much like eating protein-rich foods, so unless that's all you ever eat (you mentioned you had a balanced diet, so you're fine), it's not going to negatively affect you. Vitamins are fine, caffeine is generally accepted to be helpful for increasing work outs. The only thing I would be careful with is any "fat-burner," because these are sometimes known to cause liver damage - hydroxycut is the worst one, lots of people have gotten liver damage from that. I think your biggest chance of adverse health effects is constipation from taking so many solid powders, so make sure you get your fruits in there. Blending up a banana or strawberries with your protein is always a good choice. Make sure you are getting calcium in there too, either from milk or from supplements, as you need strong bones for strong muscles to attach to.
